9.1. Private Third-Party Service: Thailand E-Arrival Card is a privately owned and operated travel document processing agency. We are not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, the Government of Thailand, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or any other government agency.
9.2. Service Fee: We provide value-added services including application error review, 24/7 customer support, and expedited processing assistance for the TDAC. Our fee covers these services, not the government application charge (which is zero).
9.3. Government Source: The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is a government document that can be applied for by travelers directly and free of charge through the Royal Thai Government website. If you choose to apply through our service, you agree to pay the stated service fee for our assistance.
